Smart Consultancy HR was established in 2017 with a simple belief: every business deserves clear, dependable HR advice, not just the ones large enough to afford a full HR team.

Neil founded Smart Consultancy HR to bring practical, no-nonsense HR support to businesses that don't have the luxury of an in-house team. He leads every client relationship personally, combining a deep understanding of employment practice with a genuinely commercial outlook.
